My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were a little small but clean, and I enjoyed a nice view of the mountains from my high floor. The service was very friendly and helpful, especially when providing recommendations. The location was a bit off-center but offered an excellent view from the 22nd floor. The dining experience was superb, with a magnificent view and a good selection of food. The facilities were well-maintained and added to a comfortable stay.

I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms were very comfortable with a nice bed but a bit small by Japanese standards.
